Our client`s vacation home in Newport was transformed from a ranch/split level home to a gorgeous Cottage Style home. The complete renovation of the cottage included adding a second floor and porches.
In our opinion it is a classic Newport cottage.

This lovely building is located in the Wickford Village Historic District. The owners needed a handicap ramp so Gail designed a side porch which camouflaged the ramp. The porch was designed to match the original Victorian porch which was removed decades earlier.
Our friend Jim Couglin of Coughlin Brothers was the builder for this lovely renovation project.
